Most services say they are thorough. We hand you a checklist and tick it off in front of you.
Essay
The mistake most cleaning services make is treating the work as effort you buy by the hour. It is not. It is a standard you either meet or do not.
Ours is written on a single page. Sixty items grouped across eight categories. Each visit begins with that page on a clipboard at the door. Each visit ends with that page filled in and handed over.
When you book, you are not paying for four hours of work. You are paying for the page to come back complete.

Who actually comes to the house?
Our own small team. Family and trusted locals, background-checked, on the books. You will see the same faces on repeat bookings. There is no rotating cast of strangers routed through a contractor app.

When do you charge my card?
When you book, your card is saved but not charged. Three days before your appointment, we send you a payment link. You pay the full amount to confirm your slot. If payment isn't received within 48 hours of that email, the booking is automatically cancelled and the slot reopens. You always know what you're paying before we arrive, and the money is settled before we step through your door.

What separates this from the cleaner I already have?
A written standard and no hourly clock. Ours is sixty items on a clipboard, ticked off in front of you. Most services work to a time budget. We work to a checklist. The difference shows up in the places nobody looks at.

How long does a deep clean take?
A two-bedroom Melbourne home typically takes three to four hours. A four-plus-bedroom home takes five to seven. Concierge properties vary. We do not rush the job to meet a clock because we do not price by the hour.

Do you negotiate on price?
No. The rate quoted is the rate you pay. The Opening Special (twenty-three percent off) is applied automatically to the booking tier. Bargaining or quote-matching is a dealbreaker. If that is the thing you need, we are not the right cleaner for you.

Do you clean desktop PCs?
Yes, as a separate service. Full tower teardown, dust removal from fans and heatsinks, cable management, exterior clean of monitor, keyboard and mouse. Optional fresh thermal paste on the CPU or GPU. Eighty dollars standalone, or add to a home booking.
