Our principles

Most cleaning services run on vibes and trust. We run on a written 60-point checklist that sits on a clipboard at the start of every job and gets ticked off by the end. Every room, every overlooked corner, every visit.

We charge by the house, not the hour. Hourly work rewards slow work. Flat rates let us spend as long as the job needs without it costing you more. A well-loved home pays the same as a minimal one.

When you book, your card is saved but not charged. Three days before your appointment we email a payment link. Pay then, and your slot is locked in. Don't pay, and the booking auto-cancels with nothing taken from your account.

We do not subcontract. Every booking is handled by our in-house team. Repeat bookings mean the same faces on consecutive visits, so your home is not relearned every time.

Homes book online at flat rates. Private estates and boutique offices work by enquiry, with a walkthrough before any proposal. The 60-point standard is the same across every tier.
Scope
Surface cleaning covers what you see from eye level. Deep cleaning covers everything else. Tops of door frames. Undersides of window sills. Behind and underneath appliances. Track rails and channels. Skirting boards, light switches, vents, inside cabinets and drawers.
The checklist is sixty specific places, every visit.

We are not an Airtasker listing. We are not the cheapest cleaners in your suburb, and we will not be. We do not match quotes, negotiate price, or offer discounts to bring clients over the line. If price is the thing, we are the wrong choice.
On the other side of that: we do not overbook. We do not send a stranger to your home. We do not change the scope without talking to you. None of that costs extra because none of it is optional.

Alongside home and office cleaning we also do full teardown cleans of desktop computers. Tower interior dust, fans, heatsinks, cable management, exterior wipe of monitor and peripherals. Optional fresh thermal paste on CPU or GPU. Eighty dollars standalone, or add to a home booking.
