We are not for generic high-rise commercial. We are for the two or three thousand boutique offices in Melbourne where the quality of the space is part of how clients judge the business.
Confidentiality-first cleaning. Locked rooms and file areas are never entered without explicit instruction.
Model-aware cleaning around delicate prototypes, presentation walls, and sample libraries.
Clinical-grade standards. Hospital-level disinfectants where required, consumables restocking on a schedule.
Gallery-forward spaces. We respect your art walls, your rituals, and the spots where ideas live.
Consulting suites and specialist rooms cleaned to a standard your patients quietly notice.
Presentation-first cleaning. Glass, brass, timber, fabric, all handled with product-specific care.
How we operate
Contracts
Monthly retainers, not ad-hoc bookings. Fixed day and time, fixed price, same team each visit.
Access
After-hours is our default. Early morning, evenings, or weekends. Your building stays undisturbed during working hours.
Size
Boutique offices, roughly 100 to 1,500 square metres. We do not service high-rise whole-floor corporate clients. It is not what we do well.
Team
A dedicated two-person team per client, with a named supervisor. Background-checked, trained on our standards, and retained on the account.
Compliance
Full public liability, police checks on every team member, and WHS documentation provided at onboarding.
Billing
Monthly invoices, 14-day terms. GST included. No hourly variation, no line-item surprises.
Office enquiry
Monthly contracts only. Read personally, reply within one business day. If the fit is right, we come and walk the space with you before any proposal.
We do not discount, match quotes, or negotiate price. If that is a dealbreaker, we are not the right cleaner for you.
