How do I book?
Use the booking form at /booking. Pick your date and time, tell us about your place, enter contact details, and save your card. It takes about five minutes. Nothing is charged until 72 hours before we arrive.

Do I need to create an account?
No. The default path is a guest booking — email only. Optionally, you can sign in via a one-time link we email you (no password). If you do, your booking is linked to your account and you can see history and upcoming appointments at /account. Either way, payment and email flow work the same.

How quickly will you confirm my booking?
We send a booking confirmation the moment you save your card. The slot is yours once the booking is created — it's only released if you don't pay within 48 hours of your appointment.

Do you service my suburb?
Anywhere in the Greater Melbourne metropolitan area. If you're on the edge, get in touch with your postcode and we'll let you know.

How far in advance can I book?
Up to 60 days ahead. For urgent same-day bookings, email hello@ferahfresh.com. We often have a slot and reply within the hour on weekdays.

How much does it cost?
Pricing is flat-rate by property. A 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom standard deep clean starts at $280 (or $216 with the Opening Special). Use the booking form for an instant quote.

What's the Opening Special?
A twenty-three percent discount on every booking while we build out. New business, limited-time gesture to the clients who come with us early.

When do you charge my card?
When you book, your card is saved but not charged. Three days before your appointment, we send you a payment link. You pay the full amount to confirm your slot. If payment isn't received within 48 hours of that email, the booking is automatically cancelled and the slot reopens. You always know what you're paying before we arrive, and the money is settled before we step through your door.

Can I cancel for free?
Yes, before you pay. The cancel link in your booking confirmation email works free of charge until payment is taken. Once you've paid, a 50% cancellation fee applies (50% retained, 50% refunded automatically). See the refund policy for the full terms.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. GST included.

Do you offer recurring discounts?
Yes. Weekly bookings save an extra fifteen percent, fortnightly save ten. The recurring discount stacks on top of the Opening Special while it is running.

Do you negotiate on price?
No. The rate is the rate. Bargaining or quote-matching is a dealbreaker on our end. If that is the thing you need from a cleaner, we are the wrong studio for you.

What does a deep clean include?
Our 60-point checklist covers all standard areas plus the spots most services skip: door frame tops, window sill undersides, behind appliances, track rails, skirting, light fittings, vents, and inside cabinets. See the services page for the full breakdown.

How long will it take?
Depends on the property. A 2-bedroom home typically takes 3 to 4 hours, a 4-plus bedroom home 5 to 7 hours. We confirm the expected duration in your booking confirmation email.

Do I need to be home?
No, but we need safe access. Many clients leave keys in a lockbox, share a building code, or meet us briefly at the start. Let us know your preference in the booking notes.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything. Vacuums, mops, microfibre cloths, and all our premium eco-friendly products. You do not need to supply anything.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Non-toxic eco-friendly products throughout. Safe for children, pets, and every surface in a Melbourne home.

Do you clean desktop PCs?
Yes, as a separate service. Full tower teardown, dust removal from fans and heatsinks, cable management, exterior clean of monitor and peripherals. Optional fresh thermal paste. Eighty dollars standalone or add-on to any home booking.

Can I reschedule?
Yes. Before payment is taken, just cancel the booking via the link and rebook for a new date — no charge. After payment, email us at hello@ferahfresh.com and we will reschedule where we can; otherwise standard cancellation terms apply.

What if I need to cancel?
Before you pay: free, use the cancel link in your booking email. After you pay: 50% cancellation fee retained, 50% refunded automatically to the original card within 5 to 10 business days. No-show after paying: no refund. See the refund policy for full terms.

What if you can't make it?
Full refund and priority rescheduling. We rarely cancel, but weather, illness, or safety issues can happen. If we cancel on you, it is always a 100% refund.

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean the specific areas at no cost. That is the 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. It is a re-service promise, not an automatic refund.

Our own small team. Family and trusted locals, background-checked, on the books. You will see the same faces on repeat bookings. There is no rotating cast of strangers routed through a contractor app.
